AI & automation for regulated lending and credit

Cut manual work around your credit engine in two weeks.

Credit changes tested in hours, not days. I build the AI for your change requests, testing and reporting, inside the systems you already use. Your team signs off every change, and you own all of it.

Free, five minutes. You leave with a plan.

What you get

Everyone says become “AI native”. Nobody says what to do on Monday.

So I start with the change your team is waiting on now.

For finance teams without an AI team of their own

What to do on Monday 01

Every workflow worth changing, ranked and priced. The best one live in two weeks. The best workflow to change, live in two weeks.

One builder who knows your engine 02

Every change, fix and new workflow goes to the same person. No relearning your rules, no new tender. The same builder for every change and fix.

Credit work, not admin 03

AI handles the work around every loan. Your BAs and credit officers spend their days on credit.Your BAs and credit officers spend their days on credit.

The operating model

Two weeks to the first one. Then one a month.

One workflow at a time, in your own accounts.

  1. 01

    Start with your change process

I sit with the people who write, test and sign off your changes, and find where the days go.I find where the days go in your change process.

    First cut picked
  2. 02

    Build the first one

Built in your own accounts, on your own servers if the data cannot leave. Live once your team signs off.Built in your own accounts. Live once your team signs off.

    Live and signed off
  3. 03

I run it and build the next

I keep it running and build the next one each month. Your team signs off. Nobody has to learn to code.I keep it running and build the next one each month.

    Next one started
  4. 04

    It adds up

Each workflow plugs into the last, until AI runs through the work around every loan. All of it yours. Each one plugs into the last. All of it yours.

    AI native
What you own at the end

New company IP, in your own name.

Accounts, code, data and docs, all in your name. It keeps working whether I am there or not.

  • Changes tested before they go live
  • A test record your auditor can read
  • Requirements pulled in hours
  • Client data stays in your systems
This is for you if
  • You run a lender, broker, fintech or credit bureau, or build credit engines for them.
  • Or a wealth manager, family office or fund with the same data rules.
  • A new loan product still takes a change request, a consultancy invoice and a month.
  • Your team uses AI tools, and nothing in the numbers has moved.
  • You want to own what gets built, not rent it.
This is not for you if
  • You are still deciding whether AI belongs in your business.
  • Nothing can change until next year's budget.
  • Nobody can give me time with the people who do the work.
The Guarantee

Live in two weeks, or I keep working for free.

Your first workflow, tested with your team and live in your own accounts, within two weeks.

If not, I keep working at no charge until it is.

Two weeks from the day I start, with access to the people and the accounts. No second invoice.

Every developer I've paid says the same thing. Hey boss, what do you want, I'll build it or here boss, I finished what you asked for.

Eugene asked how my business makes money and what my goal was before he wrote any code. Inside a week I had a working version in my hands.

The guy's a magician.

He's not an AI guy. He's a business guy who can build.

Common questions

Before you book.

Where does our data go?

Nowhere. I don't need your borrower data: test applicants are synthetic, and everything runs in your own accounts, under your own controls. There is no platform of mine to certify.

Could you show an auditor how your last change was tested?

In Saudi, nobody could. That is where this started. Every change I ship comes with its test cases and a record of what passed.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

Nothing goes live untested. The first thing I built in credit was an agent that tests every change.

We'd rather do this in house.

It is in house. Your accounts, your servers, written up so any developer can pick it up.

Have you done this for a firm like ours?

For lenders and the firms that build their credit engines, yes. That is the work above. Brokers, wealth managers and funds, not yet. You would be one of the first, and the guarantee covers that risk.

Who does the work?

Me. The person you talk to is the person who builds it.

Meet Eugene

Where I come from, and why Bon.

The Bon team

Born in Singapore, raised in Sweden. Thirty degrees and humid, then dark and frozen. You learn to translate between people who see the world differently. That turned out to be the job.

I studied accounting and finance in Sweden and was headed for banking. Instead: the army, a Fortune 500 transformation team, then credit decisioning for Gulf banks, where one wrong rule is a wrong answer for a real person. In Saudi I read the AI vendor proposals from my client's side of the table. We did not buy the expensive wrapper.

So I started Bon. I am not the AI guy who learned finance. I am the finance guy who learned AI. I find where the value is, protect your interest while the money is spent, and get it built for what it should cost.
